*Residential packages include unlimited free calls to UK landlines and mobiles subject to a fair use policy. ** Chargeable where you arrange for an engineer visit to fix a fault where there was no fault or the fault was not with our equipment.
*** We reserve the right to charge for a missed or unsuccessful installation due to; no one with relevant authority being at the property at the agreed appointment timeslot; the installation is no longer required and has not been confirmed as cancelled; or where an appointment is rearranged with less than 3 day’s notice and has already been allocated to an installation engineer.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling within the minimum period of your contract term
When you sign up for a Tribe service you agree to have that service for a minimum contract term.
You have 14 days from the point of signing the contract to cancel without any additional fees. For cancellations within the 14 day period we will refund any charges you have paid us to date.
If you decide to cancel your service with us before that minimum term ends, you will have to pay an early termination charge equivalent to the term of the contract.
This charge varies depending on your Tribe service plan and the number of months you have left on your contract.
Example
1. You have a Tribe 160 package for 24 months and end your contract with nine months remaining, your early termination charge would be the cost of the remaining plan £341.91 (£37.99 x 9).
2. You have a Tribe 160 package for 24 months and end your contract with 14 months remaining, your early termination charge would be the cost of the remaining plan (£37.99 x 14), a total of £531.86.
3. You have a Tribe 160 package for 24 months and end your contract with three months remaining, your early termination charge would be the cost of the remaining plan £113.97 (£37.99 x 3).
Cancelling after the minimum period of your contract term
To end a service or your agreement with us outside the minimum period you will have to contact us in writing or by phone to give 30 days' notice.
Cancelling after the 14 day cooling off period but prior to installation
If you choose to cancel after the 14 day colling off period but prior to installation you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to a missed appointment fee and administrative charges as detailed below.

Please note that the router charge is non refundable after the 14 day period.
